I have been through a lot over the past few years and I have finally realized, that sometimes you have to take a deep breath and realize things could be much worse. I have been through a ton over the past few years and finally smiling and laughing again. It was a much harder challenge than it seemed. I hit a hard spot in 2009 and just still difficult to talk about so I will just leave it at this. I will continue to pray for all who have to go through anything that has been difficult and continue to pray for anyone that has a health needs, or has been through health problems. I have a little bit more of trust in people that I know probably will hurt me and this has happenend more than once or twice here lately.

Hope everything is ok!! You are such a strong person and I know only good things are in your future. Keep up the great attitude and you can do anything.
