Nervous but excited

So March had started out really crazy.... As most of you know we are still setting up the house the way we want but we haven't had a whole lot of time to do anything. Every weekend for the past month of March we have been slammed with tons of things. Matt took a week off from his job at Penske and started some odd and end jobs that needed to be done. Not my honey do list at all..... ALL OF HIS! The Garage got organized to some of my liking enough where I actually have a garage to park in WHOOOOHOO!That is only if I beat Matt home he tends to block the garage door where I can't park. He installed a garage door opener so I don't have to lift it anymore, Installed our cat door and some other odd and end jobs we needed. Also we have more news that Monday he had put in an application at Rush Peterbilt in Buda and interviewed the same day as he went in. The manager said this is how he handles apps he interviews you first then hands you an application if he is intrested in you. Well he pretty much said he was hired and it is a huge step. The waiting process sucked though because I didn't want to say a whole lot about what is going on because I didn't want to jinks anything. I know I know he already had the job but you still have to do all the paperwork, drug testing (which I knew he would pass), and all the forms you have to fill out. Well this morning Matt got the word that he is indeed hired and it was up to him to make the decision. He walked in to his bosses office late this afternoon and advised him of his notice. Of course Matt said David's (one of the reason's he wanted to leave) reaction was as what he said it would be and now as of two weeks from now Matt will be working at a whole different facilities same type of job but more hands on field than maintence. I am excited for the new adventure because we have just purchased a new house but knowing Matt I know he will do well. He is always a hard worker at every job he has been at. As for his bigger boss John he is sad to see Matt go but very happy for him. I just hope this is what God has in store for us and the change of job I hope this helps with all the stuff that I have planned to do to the house. Say a prayer for us because we defentally need it now. I had also talked to Ashlee today via email and I wish her the best of luck with finding a job. I know if Matt can do it you can too. As for this weekend we will be having the benefit for Ty Dahlstrom read a previous blog that I posted a few weeks ago. I am so excited I love Jason Allen band and I get to hear them with a GREAT CAUSE! :) I have raffle tickets if you are intrested.............. email me for more info.
